Harris Gin is characterized by a pronounced juniper note combined with pine needles, followed by fresh citrus notes of bitter orange, lime and grapefruit. Complex floral note of roses, crushed herbs, coriander and gooseberry, which is underpinned by spicy notes, then develops. Sugar kelp increases the complexity of gin with a dry maritime touch.
A refreshing balance of bitter juniper, pine and sweet fruit flavors of mango, grapefruit and orange. A subtle taste of green herbs with crushed coriander develops revealing distinctive and balanced gin with good minerality.
A long, clean finish. After the first juniper and citrus notes fade, sweet vanilla and black pepper emerges with a gentle reminder of the sea.
We recommend our Harris gin neat or over ice, add a few drops of our Sugar Kelp Aromatic Water to taste and a slice of pink grapefruit or lime to enhance the citrus, herbal and coastal flavours. Add a little tonic water if a longer drink is to be enjoyed.
